As Executive Pastor of Administration, Clayton oversees facilities, finances, human resources, communications, events, and information technology for our church. He also enjoys working with our Men’s Ministry and is involved in a number of other ministry areas.

Clayton is a graduate of the University of North Florida and is married to his high school sweetheart, Nita. The Waughs have one son, Tyler.
